Morning Smoothie

Who has time to make breakfast in the morning? Not me!
If you are busy like me and yet don't want to skip breakfast, here is an easy recipe for a healthy smoothie. You can even make it the night before. Very simple, yet delicious!

Recipe:
  • 1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. honey

Blend... and voila!
